Where do I begin to tell you about Disney....
Well I will start on the plane ride....Grace and Connor slept....now on to Magic Kingdom.....Grace and Connor slept.....okay train rides, bus rides, in the stroller, and boat rides....Grace and Connor slept. Grace and Connor loved the little bit of Disney that they saw but I don't know if it was the sun or what....they slept.
Grace really loved the pool. She referred to it as, "her pool." She even put her head under the water!
We had breakfast with Mickey on Saturday....and as you can see....Connor slept through most of it. Grace was very unsure of the characters. She didn't want to get close to them. They loved playing in the park in Magic Kingdom and watching the parades. Grace was so sweet....once she would see a character that she recognized she would wave.
We had a great time with the Elwood's and Thompson's!

A New Update!
Grace has really become a very independent little girl. She has learned how to zip her coat....although she doesn't get it always on the first try she is a very determined little girl. She also likes to help put her seat belt on...she will sit in the car for 15 minutes trying to do the buckle herself.
Counting: Grace is working on counting to 20. She misses a couple of numbers after 14 but she loves to count and say her ABC's. Connor is going to learn his ABC's just from hearing Grace say them over and over. If you ask Grace what song she wants to sing, she always wants to sing her ABC's.

At school the children do the Pledge, yesterday Grace got to hold the flag. She was so excited to come home and tell me that she held the flag at school.

Grace has started to really put her words into sentences. It is still cute to hear her say, "hold you"....when she wants you to hold her. Sometimes she will just talk and you don't understand the words. You know she is having a conversation with you but you don't know what she is saying.

Connor is really wanting to walk but he still just doesn't have it yet. I don't want to push it...but I know he will have to walk one of these days. He continues to say dada and sometimes says mama. He says Dooder (Scooter) the most. Actually we are all saying Scooter throughout the day. Scooter has been enjoying the neighborhood a little to much lately. He is constantly wandering off and I am constantly outside calling his name and trying to find him. Maybe he is looking for quiet home....somedays I don't blame him.
Connor is starting to really play with the toys. We spend a lot of time in the playroom. He loves to do whatever his big sister is doing, which doesn't make Grace very happy.

We tried playing in the snow again this past weekend. I think my kids will live in Florida....they hated every minute of the snow. The kids were more excited to see Ben, Peyton, Sherry and Eugene. Grace loves to visit with them.

It is amazing how big the kids are getting. It is hard to believe that Connor has only been with us for a little over 2 months. It feels like he has been with us since birth.

Well I will end with a couple of cute pictures. For a week I have been preparing 3 breakfasts. One for Connor, one for Grace and then Grace feeds her bear the third breakfast....she's such a good mommy.
Well the weather is beautiful again....back up into the 70's. We have been playing at the park....hopefully spring is right around the corner.

The days have been slipping by and I know everyone wants to see some more pictures. Well here are 2 pictures that Aunt Kelly took of the kids at Connor's party. They turned out really cute.
This past weekend was beautiful.....we took Grace and Connor to the park. Connor enjoyed the swings and Grace loved to climb on the jungle gym. She also liked to hang on the monkey bars.
Connor is still cruising the furniture. He has taken a couple of steps here and there but I am not rushing it. He can walk for the rest of his life....right now I still want him to be little.
Tomorrow I will work on the birthday pictures....
