We went to a friends house tonight for a fun Halloween party.

Gracie is doing a four week program at Western (our local university). It is for the gifted and talented students! What an amazing opportunity.

I ran the 5k!

It has been a goal of mine to run this 5k in October. I have been jogging off and on for about a year. I was so excited to finish! I ran the whole way! Next week is the Color Run in Nashville.

Lost River Cave

We went on the scarecrow trail at Lost River Cave. Companies donated a scarecrow for the path. It was really neat to see how they dressed them. Gracie and Connor had their favorites!

Connor had Surgery

My poor sweet Connor had a tonsillectomy last Monday. He was a real trooper. The first 2 days were amazingly great! He wouldn't stop eating! The 3rd and 4th day were a little rough. Gracie ended up with the stomach virus to add icing on the cake. Fall break has been eventful. Next time I want to go lay on the beach...now that will be a real break!

Connor is such a little builder. He had these sticks perfectly placed so they wouldn't fall.

Pumpkin Patch

We took the kids to the pumpkin patch. They had fun finding their perfect pumpkin in the pumpkin patch, riding tricycles around the farm and playing in a corn box.
