Hi!
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Hope you did too!
Last week John and Grace went to a Western ball game. They had a great time and Grace did great. John can't wait to take her to another game.

Thursday we celebrated Thanksgiving with both sides of the family. Boy were we full by the end of the day! ha-ha!
It is a tradition with my side of the family that we take a hike before the big meal.
It was a gorgeous day so we went to the park and walked.

After dinner there was a horse going down the street so my cousin Shannon went for a ride.

Then we were off to John's side of the family for a Thanksgiving celebration. It was a lot of fun too! Grace enjoyed playing with Sarah and David. The whole weekend was beautiful! Grace went on several walks with Grandpa Yeric and the kids played in the yard!

Happy Early Turkey Day!
This past weekend we have been preparing for the holidays. One of our family traditions is making nut rolls....so my sister came to town and we baked and baked while putting up the Christmas tree.

Grace sitting on the mermaid throne!
Our tree is decorated with kissing fish. (More pictures to come)

I was so excited for Grace to see her first Christmas tree. It was funny....she didn't even care about it. I put up a 12 foot tree and no reaction. She did have a reaction to a snowman figurine that took 1 minute to put up. Go figure!
Well hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving. We have so much to be thankful for this year. We truly have been blessed!

Hello!
Sorry I haven't posted this week but we have been busy.
Please don't cry!

Here are a few recent details with Grace!

*She is now reaching for objects out of her reach. Grace has become a real wiggle worm when she is on the changing table. She also loves to type on the computer with me!
*When Grace is done eating she pushes our hands away.
*She has really started to laugh at us! I guess we are really funny.
*Last weekend we were on a panel at the Adoption Fair. We talked about our wonderful journey to get Grace!
*Grace has now learned how to give high 5! High 5 to Grandma Risher and Dada for teaching her!
*I have just started to notice that Grace now cries when we take things away from her.
*Grace has really grasped the concept of picking tiny objects up with her fingers. She has really been enjoying those puffs.
*I finally made an appointment to get her holiday pictures taken! I can't wait! The background is gorgeous and they are going to have a beautiful live santa!

We can't wait until Thanksgiving! It will be a much needed 4 day weekend for John! He has been working so hard!

Grandpa---this is for the cows!

Grandpa....catch me!

Still having fun with my new found software! I love to edit these pic's!!!

This fall has just been gorgeous! I was telling John I never got to really enjoy the season because I worked and I didn't take the time to look around. Now Grace and I are always out and about and have been enjoying the awesome colors of fall. Today we went and took a couple of fall pictures.

I am starting another digital scrapbook. I have scrapbooked all of Grace's pictures....I am just waiting for some more events to take place so I can take some more pictures. It is hard for me to believe that I have all of Grace's pictures scrapbooked....I guess that is one of the benefits to staying home! You get all of your projects done!

I also found a great program on my compuer that will enhance and edit your pictures. I have had so much fun. Here are a couple of pictures that I have worked on so far......look out Dr. A....I'm on my way to becoming a Nikon photographer!

Enjoy the beautiful fall weather!
