Grace is now very mobile. I have to watch her every move now. She loves the fireplace....but she knows that she shouldn't touch it. This video makes me laugh every time I see it. She just looks back at us with the biggest smile.

We have had a busy couple of days.....last week I got a call from Holt International asking me to send one of Grace's pictures to the marketing dept. The lady said that they may put it in a brochure or calendar. Thought that was pretty neat! I was definitely flattered!

This week we received our consent to adopt paper. I met with the lawyer yesterday and she is getting all of the paperwork ready so we can go to court. We are so excited!

John and I were asked to do talk on marriage for our church this Friday night....so we have been busy writing about our last 7 years of marriage.

As you can see by Grace's birthday timeline her birthday is only 8 days away. It is amazing that she will turn 1 in just 8 days. How time has flown by! She has changed so much in the past month. I can't wait to see the changes in the years to come!

Hope everyone is having a good week. It is very cold here so we have been staying home. I can't wait for spring or if it must be this cold it should just snow.

Well today has been a day to organize and finish projects. Grace was right by John's side wanting to see what he was doing. John was so motivated to organize the cupboards in the kitchen, install his new TV and install child locks! It was so cute to watch them together!

Hello!
We have had a busy couple of days since the last time I posted. Grace is crawling everywhere and pulling up on all the furniture. She enjoys racing me to the dog bowl. It is amazing how fast she grows in just a few short days!

Last week we had our last post adoption visit! Yeah! We are on our way to finalizing Grace's adoption and right around the corner from starting again!



This past weekend Grace went to her first pool party. We celebrated Peyton's birthday! Grace had so much fun swimming!

This weekend John put the chandelier in Grace's bathroom! It is a very girly bathroom now!

I really haven't taken very many pictures this week so I really don't have much to write.

Things I have learned from being a mom:
7. Spray N Wash is my best friend
6. A big smile 1st thing in the morning is the best thing EVER!
5. Bows always make hair cuter!
4. Nothing makes me happier than when I am with Grace and John doing
nothing but being silly and loving life!
3. Feet CAN go in your mouth
2. That there is comfort in knowing Grace has a great dad, and ultimately will end up as Daddy's Little Girl.
1. That being a mother is the single greatest thing I have done.

Hello!
We just got back from a wonderful visit with Grammy in Ohio. We had a fun time visiting friends and family! In the past week Grace has changed so much.....On December 29th Grace crawled on all fours for the first time! Now it seems like she wants to stand. Heck with the crawling she says. Grace also has learned how to go from a laying down position to a sitting up position and her 2 top teeth are really popping out now!
2006 was such a great year for us! We are hoping that 2007 will continue to bring us joy! Can you believe that Grace has been in the United States longer than she was in Korea? How time has flown by! Everyday Grace changes! Her smile just lights up a room!
