Grace has become very independent. She loves to put on her shoes all by herself. Today she put her crocs on and she said, "Oh, To tight!"

What an amazing weekend!
This past weekend Grandma, Grace, Connor and I went to Oregon to see Connor's foster mom, Mrs. Cha. It was surprising to see that Connor did not recognize her. She was just so sweet....she wanted to hold him and hug him. On Saturday, Connor ate breakfast with Mrs. Cha.....She fed him a big bowl of sausage gravy. I guess she thought that it was porridge.

We have some exciting news!!
We received a call from Holt (our placement agency) and they said that Connor's foster mom will be in the Holt office in Eugene, OR for a reception. We were told that several foster moms were coming but only 2 were being honored!! Connor's foster mom is one of the ones that will be honored. We are so excited for her. So they said that we can send pictures or gifts.....but of course I immediately started to look for tickets to fly out to Oregon. So Connor, Grace, Grandma Risher and I are going to fly out to Oregon and be there for the big celebration! It will be so much fun! As we were on the phone with Holt, Connor decided to take his first step...I guess he was excited too!
